I started my career in the Heating & A/C wholesale business right out of high school working in the warehouse. My boss told me that if I spent the next 4 years learning this business, it would be like getting a free education. I took his advice and during those 4 years I progressed from counter sales to manager of a small branch.
From there, I transitioned to outside sales and was given the opportunity to managing other branches. In this role, my main focus was working with outside sales to ensure they had the right inventory to best support our customers’ needs.
Our team embraced excellence in customer service and established that reputation in the marketplace. I worked for three companies approximately 14 years each before making the decision to join Brooks and help growth their parts and aftermarkets business.
I look forward to retiring with Brooks and collaborating with my amazing team to make a difference in the marketplace.

Counter Sales Lead
I needed to find my next step after the military and happened to apply for a parts counter position. I knew nothing about the HVAC parts industry at the time. I asked a lot of questions to my colleagues and contractors so that I could learn how and why the different parts were used. It is one thing to sell a part, but something entirely different if you understand what the part does and how it works to find the best solution for your customer.
Over the past 15 years, I have enjoyed the challenge of solving problems, learning about parts and helping customers each day. I have been able to do it all and look forward to bringing my expertise to Brooks growing parts business.

In my earlier years, I spent time in different professions but at the end of the day, none of them met my self-satisfaction or professional goals. I needed a career that could challenge me and provided a sense of accomplishment.
In 2022, I joined the Brooks Parts & Aftermarket sales team. This was a new adventure and a field I knew nothing about. The Brooks team has given me the tools and training to grow and become successful. I now have a career knowing that I help serve the local community by ensuring facilities have the required parts to keep them operational. I take pride in my work and strive to learn and grow each day personally and professionally to better serve our customer base and provide them with an unsurpassed level of
customer service.
